Regulations  – PURE Massage Salon

These terms and conditions outline the rules for using the services of the PURE Massage Salon. Ignorance of these terms and conditions does not exempt you from complying with them. The salon provides relaxing massage services. The terms and conditions are available on the salon’s website and at the reception desk. Making a reservation and using the salon’s services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Reservations

• We recommend booking appointments by phone.
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance.

Punctuality and delays

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Payment for the service must be made before the start of the booked time block.
• If you are up to 10 minutes late, the procedure will be performed in a time shorter by the delay, while maintaining the full price of the service – due to subsequent bookings, it is not possible to extend the visit.
• A delay of more than 10 minutes is considered a cancellation. The reservation will be canceled, and the appointment may be offered to other clients.
• Where possible, we will try to offer another available date on the same day, but we cannot guarantee its availability.

Age

• Minors are not allowed to use the salon’s services.
• In case of doubt as to the age of the client, the employee reserves the right to check the identity document to confirm age.

Behavior

• We do not provide services of a sexual nature – please respect that.
• We expect all customers to behave appropriately and respectfully towards staff and other customers.
• The use of offensive or aggressive words and behavior is unacceptable.
• Requesting or proposing any sexual services from staff will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund and a refusal to provide future services.

Hygiene and health

• Please maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• People with skin infections, infectious diseases or inflammatory conditions should not receive massage services until they have fully recovered.
• Clients with health problems, allergies or other special health needs should inform their therapist before their massage session.

Security

• If you experience any unpleasant symptoms during the massage, please inform the salon staff immediately.
• The salon is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the client concealing information about their health or failing to follow staff recommendations.
• The customer is fully liable for any material damage caused by his fault.

Personal effects

• Please take your personal belongings to the office or leave them in the place indicated by the staff.
• We recommend not bringing valuable items to the salon.

Payments and fees

• Payment for the service is due in full before the start of the treatment, at the latest before the start of the booked time block.
• We accept cash and card payments.
• Starting the treatment means accepting the selected service, the therapist and the conditions of its performance.

It is forbidden

• Using a cell phone (recording videos or taking photos) during a massage session is prohibited. Please turn it off or switch to silent mode before beginning the treatment.
• Consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances before or during a visit to the salon.
• Smoking cigarettes or e-cigarettes is prohibited inside the lounge. Designated smoking areas are located outside.

Discretion

• All information about customer health, preferences or problems is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
• Massages are performed professionally, respecting the client’s privacy and dignity.
• The client has the right to request that the session be interrupted in the event of any inappropriate behavior on the part of the therapist.

Returns and complaints

• Any concerns regarding the therapist or the type of treatment should be expressed before the appointment. Commencing the treatment constitutes acceptance of these concerns.
• If the client discontinues the treatment after it has started for reasons beyond the salon’s control (including subjective preferences regarding the therapist or massage technique), this does not entitle the client to a refund, in whole or in part.
• The above does not limit the customer’s rights under mandatory provisions of law. Complaints regarding improper performance of the service are accepted only in writing to info@puremasaz.com .
